Welcome to While Board ("the App"). By accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

App grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App, subject to these Terms.

• You retain ownership of your content.
• By posting content, you grant App provider a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use the content as needed to operate the App.

You agree not to upload, search content, video or share content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.

All rights, titles, and interests in White Board App, including its software, interface, logos, trademarks, and content are owned by the Online Instruments (India) Private Limited ("Company" or "Developer"). Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Prohibited Activities

While using the App, you agree not to:

• Engage in hacking, phishing, or distributing malware.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App if:

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

1. Purpose

This Data Protection Policy outlines how Whiteboard/Neo Board, collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data of user. Our goal is to ensure transparency, security, and full compliance with the data protection laws.

We collect only the minimum data necessary to create account of user, which may include:

• For users underage 13 years (or as required by local law), verifiable parental or guardian consent is required before any personal data is collected.
• In case User is an educational institutional or any other body corporate, firm, corporate or an Individual, institutional, using the app, the concern person must confirm they have obtained proper consent as required by law.
• Age verification is performed during account setup or through institution authorization.

We use data only for purposes directly related to User purpose delivery, including:

• Enabling collaboration via whiteboard tools
• Supporting feedback and communication
• Improving the functionality and performance of the App
